Are cones on the Christmas tree natural?

Some Christmas tree models, such as Natural Green Pine or Natural White Frosted Pine, have cones. These are real, hand-picked pine cones. Their quantity differs depending on the model.

Before placing them on the tree, the cones are washed and checked. However, individual traces of resin may appear on them, which would indicate their natural origin. They can vary in size, color, number of scales. Each cone is unique.
